1. Dumbbell Cross-Body Mountain Climbers
• Instructions: Start in a plank position with hands gripping dumbbells on the floor. Drive your right knee toward your left elbow, then return to the starting position. Repeat with the left knee to the right elbow. Continue alternating sides.
2. Knee Hover Hold
• Instructions: Begin on all fours with your hands gripping dumbbells on the floor. Lift your knees slightly off the ground, hovering just above it while keeping your back flat. Hold this position, engaging your core throughout.
3. Dumbbell March
• Instructions: Stand tall with a dumbbell in each hand, arms extended overhead. Slowly lift one knee toward your chest while keeping your core engaged, then lower it back down and lift the opposite knee. Continue marching in place.
