So today I nak share this healthy method for cooking vegetables. Stir fried is one of the healthy methods bcs it use a little of oil & if you want healthier use vegetable oil instead like olive, canola oil because it has a good source of fat!
I suka stir fried kacang buncis sebab dia crunchy & combination with telur tu buat dia rasa lagi sedap 😋😋
Bahan
- 2 biji bawang merah
- 2 ulas bawang putih
- 1/2 carrot
- 10 pcs kcang buncis
- lada besar merah
- garam
Tips 💡
- cara nak make sure kacang tu tak tua, boleh patahkan sedikit bahagian hujung time nak beli tu. So kalau boleh patahkan tu means that tu kacang mudah & rangup bila goreng
- jgn masak terlalu lama kacang buncis nanti akan jadi lemau.
