Hi!! Here’s some advice on how I’m getting rid of my bloating. Some of these ideas you might find crazy (lol), but I’m telling you 100% they were the reasons and I felt detoxed once I eliminated them.

1. Eating in-between meals as if it’s a meal

• Back in the day, ppl never used to “snack”—especially if they were bored. All you really need are meals. In between meals, you might be hungry—it can be ur body sending a dehydration signal!

2. Dehydration

• Buy a cute water bottle! We need more than 64 oz a day

• Lemon water in the mornings >>

• Fruit Infused water

3. Too many carbs without regulation

• Balance the diet. Too many carbs without enough of the rest of these items, will throw off ur balance.

1 Fiber

1 Protein

1 Carb/Fat

1 Green

4. Not enough fiber, probiotics, or prebiotics

• Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts, Fiber Pills, Priobiotic Pills, etc.

• Eat HEALTHY.

5. Fasting & Prayer to break off any bad memories stored in your gut

• EX: fornication, unforgiveness, or trauma memories are stored in your gut

6. Negative thinking

• EX: I was being tormented with neg thoughts abt me or life, I casted out the demon/thoughts that were doing that to me and I felt my gut release tension and I had to go 💩 immediately

• also affects your posture!!

I’m still working on improving my gut health, but these have made a good impact on me so far 😊
