my favorite spooky wallpapers 👻

Halloween is right around the corner, so of course we need to switch up our desktop wallpapers to represent the season of spooky! I use Wallpaper Engine on Steam, which is about $4 and it is so worth it. There are countless animated wallpapers to fit every mood. That said, there can be a lot of choices to sift through. So I’ve carefully sifted through them and I want to show you my favorite ones for Halloween or all of October if you feel like it! Just search the title and look for the creator mentioned. Naturally all of the wallpapers I have selected will work well in a cozy purple or pink setup!

I love pixel art wallpapers! They give off such a cozy and nostalgic gamer vibe. This is my favorite one for Halloween. It’s a cute little witch in a cozy setup! Need I say more?

If you haven’t watched Little Witch Academia, I highly recommend it! It’s a cute anime about some girls who go to a magic school. My favorite character is the spookiest girl, Sucy. She has the perfect vibes for Halloween~

Kuromi is the creepy but cute sanrio icon, in my opinion. If you’re a Sanrio baddie and you’re going for more cute than creepy, this is the perfect wallpaper!

🎃 Gravity Falls Forest by “Shuzi🌺

Gravity Falls is another great animated show I recommend during fall or spooky season. This atmospheric forest scene from the show is perfect for me because of the purple hues.

🎃 Pokemon - Gengar by Calikid

What Pokemon screams Halloween more than Gengar? One of my all time favorite Pokemon! And this is one of the best Gengar wallpapers I have found. I love the whole scene!
