how do you not feel awkward at the gym???

pls help☹️ i’ve been to 2 different gyms the last two days and both times i just felt so out of place. i don’t know how to start at the gym because im just freaked out that im doing everything wrong and ppl are judging me.

ALSO- i need a good workout routine bc atm im just scrambling around which probably isn’t helping my anxiety issue.
