75 SOFT !!

Trying out the #75softchallenge !

Getting to the gym was always hard for me because…. GYM ANXIETY is real. I would stop mid set if anyone else walked into the gym or sat next to me, but I’m working on my fears with this challenge. I am going to be vulnerable on here and not be scared.

I want a healthy sustainable life, while still being able to enjoy the sweet little things.

The goals I have set for myself with this challenge are

- fat loss

- muscle growth

- balance

- discipline

It is going to take time and discipline, but I am ready for a new healthy life and to feel good and confident in my own skin.
