Let’s Talk Budgeting! What Do You Do?

Something I really need to do to help manage my situation is budgeting. However, I’m not really sure how to start. My biggest set back when I’ve tried in the past, has been the fact that my income is unpredictable. I have steady income, but I’m paid hourly. So sometimes my income is a lot less during the slower times of the year.
