- 1 lb Ground Beef (Or Ground Turkey)
- 1 Bag of Mini Sweet Peppers
- Grated Cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp Butter
- Siracha (or your favorite hot sauce)
Seasonings; Add as much or as little as youβd like-
- Pepper
- Salt
- Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Chili Powder

πΆοΈ Begin cooking the ground Beef in a frying pan on medium-low heat. Add seasonings and butter. Stir occasionally.
πΆοΈ Pre Heat oven to 350Β°
πΆοΈ Wash peppers. Cut off the top and remove seeds. Cut down the center of the pepper (only on one side.) Pepper typically curve, cut the side that curves up, leaving the flatter side as the bottom of the pepper. Gently spread open the peppers.
πΆοΈ Finish cooking ground beef and add in a little bit of cheese.
πΆοΈ Using a small spoon, stuff the ground beef into the peppers
πΆοΈ Oil sheet pan. Lay out the pepper across the pan.
πΆοΈ Drizzle siracha along each pepper and then top each with a generous amount of cheese.
πΆοΈ Bake for 20-25 minutes or until peppers are soft.
