3 things I did the week my baby turned 1!

The week of my baby boy's birthday was coming up and I was feeling the urge to declutter and start fresh. So I went through his toys and donated any of the ones that were still in the "baby" phase, making room for new ones that would challenge him and keep him engaged. I also cleaned out his closet, packing away clothes that were too small and making space for new ones. I also went through my photos and made a new album with all my faves that I had to print off and deleted the randoms and duplicates.

It was a therapeutic purge, that was also quite a bit emotional in all honesty. Feels like we’re closing the chapter of infancy and opening the chapter of toddlerhood. 🥹
