Sausage Rolls

I love making sausage rolls as they are something I do miss from home .

All I do is grab a puff pastry sheet and roll it out and make equal rectangle cut outs .

Fry up my sausage meat with some seasonings of choice . I use sage, parsley, garlic , eat and pepper and some red chili flakes .

Put it on a rectangle and use another rectangle for the top and seal it . Cut lines across the top and finish with an egg wash and sometimes I do sesame seeds on top .
