What to buy from Karmakamet, Bangkok

Karmakamet is an up and coming popular fragrance brand from Thailand. I visited it as I got a personal recommendation from a friend. They have multiple outlets now including CentralWorld, Sukhumvit MRT, Phrom Phrong. View the full list of outlets Here .

They have such a wide range of fragrances, it’s best to do some homework beforehand so you know which ones you wanna try there.

Scents to try:

I’m personally a fan of Woody and fresh scents like Diptyque Philosykos, so I naturally reached out for 1️⃣ Egyptian Fig. It starts off pretty rich and fruity, but dries down to a warm finish, perfect for area scenting.

For my body spray, I picked 2️⃣ Bamboo which is a fresh and green scent. It reminds me of the smell of leaves after the rain, and I love it.

The Chinese orange blossom is one of their signatures but I personally find it too sweet and overpowering. I also can’t get used to their other floral scents like Mimosa, Frangipanni, Peony.

But the 3️⃣ English Lavender is classic, and blended scents like 4️⃣ Leila (Jasmine, frangipanni) and 5️⃣ Abbi (freesia, mulberry) are softer scents I enjoy.
