Every Sunday, I re-stock on my weekly groceries. This weeks grocery run is from Sprouts. I prioritize making my meals at home and taking lunch to work. I have found what works for me over the years so hopefully this can inspire some of you! The grocery store can be daunting if you have no idea what to look for or if you donβt go in with a plan. π
Everything I have on this list I typically rotate through and I try to keep it simple: protein, produce, minimal ingredients!
Here is my list I got this time (I typically will switch up my protein every week ie. chicken one week, ground turkey the next, etc.) :

At Sprouts they have the bulk bins which are my favorite so I got some goodies that I usually donβt - granola & trail mix & chocolate covered raisins, but this is pretty much my list every week but not limited to. If there is anything else you want to see let me know!
