Do you feel like you have social anxiety? Do you have a hard time creating conversation? Do you have a hard time going up to people? Do you feel like you can not seem to get the right words out of your mouth?

1- Stop Hiding and/or Avoiding your Anxiety

2- Get the Fear of Rejection out of your Head

Rejection hurts, but you can't let that stop you from socializing. Be fearless and face those fears!

3- Practice Consistency

The only way to get better at anything is to be consistent with it. Keep practicing your socializing skills. The more consistently you practice it, the better you will get and more comfortable you will get with the art of socializing.
