Fats are the most caloric dense nutrient with 9 calories per 1 gram. With this in mind, healthy fats are good to consume in moderation.

We don’t avoid full macronutrient groups over here!!! 🚫

When you’re trying to lose weight, fat quantities are important to consider. Consider swapping whole-fat products to low-fat or fat free products. You DON’T have to eliminate the food in its entirety.

For example, I love my yogurt parfaits as an after dinner snack. I buy the nonfat yogurt from ALDIs and just add my toppings of choice.
