Weekly Meal Plan🥗

I like to plan my meals in the beginning of each week so I can take one grocery run. This has helped me save so much money and stay healthy!

I plan Monday through Friday and leave a few gaps to help if there’s a change of plans. I also plan the same meal twice a week because I buy my proteins in bulk so this helps me from wasting any leftovers.
