My 1st lemon8 diary post!!!

Here are a few shots from my senior session and I am obsessed!!

I thought why not give some tips on how I had a great time during the shoot :)

📸 first things first is I brought my best friend with me. There’s nothing better than having someone there to be honest with you when you look stupid or awkward. It also helps when you don’t really know the photographer because it brings a little bit of comfort. And they will hype you up when you’re slaying it!!

📸 I had my outfits planned out a couple weeks in advance so a few days before my session I tried everything on to make sure I still liked everything. After trying on I decided which outfit was the hardest/most complicated to put on and that’s what a chose to wear to the shoot.

📸PRACTICE POSES + FACES. I mastered the fake laugh concept and with that my pictures all look like I was having a blast:) however, I spent more time perfecting my laugh and didn’t really have any poses in mind. Luckily I had a friend with me plus your photographer should have some up her sleeve.

📸 PROPS!!! For me I had a horse, cowboy hat, grad cap, etc. props not only help with making the photo have more character, but they can show who you are. Bring your medals, sport balls, trophies, flowers, hobbies, literally anything.

📸Don’t trip over what you can’t control. During my session it started to rain. Luckily it was towards the end. If anything it made some of the pictures look cuter. The aesthetic of the rain was the perfect touch. Another thing that I did was wear an outfit wrong. The pictures still ended up amazing and no one besides me will ever know unless I were to tell them.
