Picture Books We Love!

I've been sick the last couple of days, just wandering around the house, which means I've picked up a few things, including some books that have been spread around the house. So here are some of the books that get pulled out often for bedtime at our house.

1. Bagel in Love - I honestly picked this book up solely because it is illustrated by one of my favorite artists, but the tiny human and I soon decided that this sweet little story was perfect for bedtime reading. She asks for it a lot.

2. Dragon Post - This is an Usborne book, so if you have a rep, you can ask about it. The tiny human loves the little letters that you can pull out of pockets in the book to read as part of the story.

3. Where Happiness Lives - Another Usborne book, we love the cutouts that allow you to see parts of the next page, and the story is a sweet lesson in learning to love the things you have.

4. Peek Inside Fairy Tales - We have half a dozen books from this series, which the tiny human absolutely loves when she was younger. It has the peek-thru images like Where Happiness Lives, but the books have thicker construction making them more appropriate for your toddler age kids, while still being engaging for older kids - mine is 7 now and still loves these.
