I don’t eat the things on this list I’ll admit I used to when I was starting out. I needed to kill cravings and still hit my protein. I’ve now been able to move onto whole food and appreciate them more.
Lenny and Larry’s: be mindful with their products they’re high in calorie and high in carb. You don’t want to shoot yourself in the foot consuming them constantly.
Protein bread: it’s very similar to Dave’s killer, it is 90 cal for 1 slice whereas Sara Lee is 2 for 90 calories.
Always read your nutrition labels.
Protein pancake mix: this the one I still consume because I love how it cooks and I like it a lot more than Kodiak it doesn’t taste fake.
Protein puffs: these are expensive but if you have that craving for something that feels and tastes like a cheese puff it’s good
