I love making this quick salmon poke bowl for a healthy, high-protein weekday lunch. ๐ฃ๐
Recipe ๐
12 oz of salmon (preferably Atlantic!)
half of a small red onion, diced
2 stalks of green onion, chopped (use white and green parts!)
4 tsp of soy sauce
2 tsp of sesame oil
2 tsp of rice vinegar
1/2 tsp of kosher salt
1 tbsp of chili garlic sauce (optional if you want a lilโ spice!)
PLUS any fixings you want! I put it over rice with avocado and dried seaweed and itโs divineโฆ
