When staying on track with calorie deficit, water will become your best friend! I drink a lot of water daily! Do NOT drink your calories. Chose for water or other zero calorie drinks. My other go to is Coke Zero. However, I do try to limit how much I consume.
The more protein you get in the better. Protein keeps you fuller for longer!
I have provided what a day may look like for me and who ever works with me. I try to stay around 1?600 but I know I never go over 1,700
