I told myself in 2024 I wanted to take more time for myself and learn something new, so when my friend told me she picked up roller skating I jumped on the chance to learn with her!

As a mom who works 50+ hours a week it’s so important to take time for yourself. I’m a mother but I’m also a friend, a sister, and a person. Jousting myself first in life doesn’t make me selfish or means that I don’t love my family or anything like that. My kids deserve to see their mom happy and healthy and this is step one.
