Start with prepping your veggies
- 1/2 a squash
- 1/2 a zucchini
- garlic
- 1/4 bell pepper ( finely minced)
- 1/4 onion ( finely minced)
- 5/6 shrimps

Start with cooking your cauliflower rice in a skillet with grapeseed oil
After a few minutes add in 1/2 of your minced garlic and add a sprinkle of chicken bullion
Let that cook for an additional 4 mins

In the same skillet , add in your squash and zucchini you can season if you’d prefer, for this recipe I did not .

Begin to sauté your peppers onion and garlic
Season your shrimp with garlic crunch oil and chicken bullion, add that to the skillet with the peppers and onions
Let that cook for 2-3 minutes
Remove your shrimp

Plate and serve
I added rice seasoning to the top as well as a vegan chipotle sauce
