Parmesan Chicken✨

Honestly one of my go to ways to make chicken.

It’s simple, quick and easy. I love that it gives the fried chicken feel, but with no grease or flour. All you need are 3 simple ingredients…chicken breast, Parmesan cheese (finely shredded) and eggs to allow the cheese to stick to the chicken.

➡️Simply season your chicken breast to your liking, in one bowl add your eggs (whisk), in another bowl add your cheese. In a skillet add either olive oil, avocado oil or butter…dip your chicken in the egg wash first, then immediately in the cheese and then into the skillet to cook.

➡️Depending on the thickness of your chicken breast it takes about 6 minutes for each piece to cook. Mine were really thin sliced!

This pairs nicely with any vegetable🥦🫛 in my opinion or chopped up on a salad🥗!

I love mine with marinara sauce! It’s sort of a must have with it lol. When I say this is soooooo good!🤌🏽

…also because Parmesan cheese is already a little salty you don’t have to go heavy on seasoning the chicken!
