Pineapple Dole whip ✨🫶🍋

#lemon8diarychallenge I just realized that you don’t have to travel to Disney World to get this amazing pineapple Dole Whip. My town carnival had it, which I was so excited because it has amazing flavor!

Here’s what you need: frozen pineapple, milk of choice, your go-to sweetener, a tiny pinch of salt, and a tablespoon of lemon juice. That’s it!

There’s no Cool Whip, no pineapple juice, and no condensed milk in these homemade Dole Whip ingredients.

You can use either chopped fresh or canned pineapple. Just be sure to drain the can of pineapple fully. Freeze the pineapple before blending. 👍
