Day trip from Tokyo: Yokohama 🇯🇵

So first day in Japan, and staying at Yokohama

Landed at Haneda and is 30 mins ride to the Yokohama Royal Park Hotel

The room is really high up and good views but room is nothing amazing

I saw that Yokohama has the gyukatsu that you can grill the katsu beef by yourself.

And there is no queue! compared to Tokyo

Its in this mall beside the Yokohama station

Loved the tender beef and not oily at all!

No wonder is so popular and a must try in Japan

The set was 1980yen

I decided to have after meal snack of mr donut in the same mall and really interesting hojicha donut. Is like mochi texture and not sweet.

It was 263yen

I decided to head to chinatown yokohama but honestly, the place is not recommended to go unless you like chinese food like paus

Hence i walked around the area

Chanced upon this yakitori place

Went in and try

Omgosh their yakitori is super good

With their teriyaki sauce.

Meats are grilled to perfection at counter by the uncle

Only thing is i cant understand Japanese and thank God they have english menu.

Get their cartilage chicken and grilled beef wrap in leaves.
