we have so many free resources available…!

there’s seriously so many free or low cost resources available to us. I really think it’s a mindset and limiting belief that a healthier better life isn’t available to everyone. yes it takes effort and intention. yes some people have more available to them. but, no matter where you live, how much money you make and who you are surrounded by - there’s at least some things you can do to improve your quality of life.

some additional ways beyond the ones pictured:

• breath work (I love wim hof)

• daily walks outside

• opening windows for fresh air

• reducing screen time

• dancing

• listening to music

• going to library

• getting sunlight

• laying in the park

• meditation
