My 6-8 before my 8-6 🤩

I have a unique position where I’m available remotely from 6:30-6:00 but work in person at the office from 8-4 most days.

Real talk… a work out was planned for this morning but it has since been pushed to tonight. My coffee hack is this = MAKE TIME FOR DRINKING COFFEE IN YOUR BED (or the couch) IN THE MORNING.
