My current nonfiction read 📚

I just started getting more into nonfiction this year and I've been trying to read about one a month (I haven't been successful in that but I'm still trying). The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry was one of the ones that was at the top of my list to read as I've heard nothin but good things about it from my friends. When I was visiting a friend recently I saw a copy on her shelf and she actually lent it to me! I just started it today and I'm really looking forward to reading it. I think it will really resonate with me!
