I really wasn’t sure what to expect when I started reading this book. But I must say I was pleasantly surprised. I actually enjoyed it!

Two people from opposite backgrounds with different goals and two different ideas on what it means to be loved.

While the theme of the book has of course been done before, I really enjoyed how the characters were written. I loved Silas’ character developed and how accepting he became of the life that was now created for him. Indigo was smart, strong and driven. I like how the author didn’t do the typical thing of making her personality weak and naïve.
