I’ve always wondered how much fruit and veggies we should actually be serving our kids a day. How much is too much, or am I giving them enough?

It depends on age!

Ages 1-2 need 1 cup/day of fruits and veggies & ages 4-8 needs 1.5 cups a day. They can obviously have MORE than this but this is the minimum recommended to help them live a healthy lifestyle and fuel their bodies!
