How to make my favorite high protein snack dip

This is my individual recipe so double if needed!

One spoonful of light cream cheese, softened

One spoonful of good culture cottage cheese

Half spoonful of Trader Joe’s buffalo style chicken dip

I added Lucerne quesadilla cheese; Beauty is in the eye of the beholder so do what your heart desires here.

Chopped green onion on top. Give it a lil mixy mix and ENJOY
