the truth about office small talk...💬

you might hate it...but office small talk is necessary if you want to move up and make more $$ at work 📈

you need to be able to talk to anyone! coworkers, your boss, your vice president, other leaders, etc

and the best way to talk to anyone is:

1) ask a LOT of questions—this makes you seem interested in their opinion, and keeps them talking (which makes it an easier conversational lift for you)

2) once you figure out what you agree with and bond about, keep talking about those things!

3) stick to the "safe" conversational topics for work—this includes Family, Occupation (like career goals or where they used to work), Recreation (hobbies & interests), and Dreams (any other goals!)

keep yapping, besties!
