Beer battered fish

6 lbs. Tilapia

3 C Flour

5 Tbsp. baking powder

1 Tsp. Pepper

1 Tsp. Garlic salt

1 Tsp. Salt

2 large eggs

3C of beer or water

1 Tbsp. Mustard

2 bowls

Bowl 1: Beat egg whites with mixer.

Bowl 2:Mix flour, baking soda, garlic salt, egg yolks, beer, and mustard with mixer.

At the end fold egg whites in batter mixture (without mixer).Dip flour coated tilapia in batter and fry!

***I like to accompany this with my Mexican beer salsa on previous post and it goes together perfectly 😋

**for reference I typically use any Mexican beer and avocado oil for this recipe**
