books on mental health touch me in a way no other story does. it’s personal and intimate, i feel seen and understood. extremely relatable and hits at home. this story was beautifully written and worth the read.

girl in pieces 💔

i went into reading this without any previous knowledge on what it was about and it was extremely eye opening to many sensitive topics. this one is a trigger warning! this told a story about people being cruel to themselves but also taught us to be gentle with ourselves. i loved the characters desires to improve themselves in every way possible. hope persists in even the darkest moments. i was torn after reading this book.

i fell in love with hope ♥️

i went through every stage of grief. the book paints a picture of flaw, desire, dreams, fear and most importantly, hope. it completely changed my outlook on every day life and not take loved ones for granted. live in the moment and every day like it’s your last.
