IS BUBBLE PLANET WORTH IT?! 🫧😭🤯 $30/pax???

many of us have seen this event somewhere on social media (yes i saw it on tiktok) and might wonder, LOOKS FUN but is it really worth going?

✨ let's throw off the details first (from their website)

Bubble Planet: An Immersive Experience 🫧

⏳ Duration: approx. 60-90 minutes but you can stay as long as you want (i spent around 3 hours there ~ 180 mins)

📍 Location: Hall 8B, 9 Somapah Road, Singapore Expo, 487370

🚆 Nearest MRT: Expo MRT (CG1/DT35)

💸 Price: start at $21.90 for adults and $14.90 for kids (we paid $29.30/pax, including booking fee, on a MONDAY!! idk where the $21.90 comes from)

✅ things i loved:

- MANY spots to take AMAZING instagrammable pictures (mirrors/lights etc.) 📸✨

- room filled with huge balloons (hitting them up in the air was so fun) 🎈

- HUGEEEE BALL PIT!! finding back my inner child (i think i spent 2hrs in here just lying there or throwing the balls around)

❌ things i did not really like:

- the "HUGEEEE BALL PIT" was around 1.4m deep & with that many balls sometimes it's quite hard to get up/move around

- the price 😭💀💸 $30 is quite a lot

- some of the rooms were a little underwhelming/nothing much to do

- VR experience requires you to pay extra on top of the ticket price 🎟️

🤔 who i would recommend this place to:

- those who want some INSTA WORTHY SHOTS!!! 📸 you can get a huge variety of shots here :))) (note that some areas are dark, iphone does work but if u hv a cam with flash i feel it wld be better)

- those with kids, 10/10 would recommend! saw a few families with kids and their kids absolutely enjoyed playing with the balloons & balls (so cuteee 🤩😍)

- or if you have some spare cash 💴 lying around and just wanna go crazy with your friends/partner for a chill and fun activity

overall rating ⭐️: 6.5/10

if you've read up to this point and would still love to try it out, here's some extra advice 💖

- try not to wear skirts/shorts as some rooms have mirrors on the ground 🪞

- be careful ❗️ what you bring into the ball pit as if you lose it, it's not their responsibility to help you get it back

- go during the weekdays, prices are cheaper & would not have as much people around! (saw a friends story going on a weekend and oh my that place is PACKED)

- it's a one-way admission ticket, i suggest booking your timeslot after having lunch to avoid feeling hungry inside (i booked an 11am timeslot and ended up eating lunch at 3pm 😭)
