Honest thoughts on Coocaça's acai

I have heard a lot of my friends raving about this place and their soft serve acais and being an acai lover, I had to try Coocaça out to see if it was worth the hype.

📍Location: 541 Orchard Road, #01-01B Liat Towers, Singapore 238881. Located next to shake shack!!

what I got 👻:

Regular soft serve acai ($10.50)

- they have an option to choose between yogurt, acai or a combination of both. As I really love acai, I love the pure acai soft serve.

- regular soft serve came with granola and 2 toppings of your choice (I got banana and cookie butter drizzle) (yes, was abit sad that drizzle counted as part of the toppings and not an 'already included' thing)

- the portion for the regular was p big as they gave a lot of acai!! (i managed to finish it on my own tho, so if you have a dessert stomach you probably can finish the regular one, otherwise I would recommend sharing)

taste 🍧

- the texture wise resembled ice cream more than acai (yknow the grainy thick af texture) it was super smooth and tbh i felt that the acai taste wasn't very strong. If you're a fan of ice creams rather than acai, you would probably like this.

- I liked that they gave a lot of soft serve (it was a literal mountain yay)

- soft serve itself was not too sweet and it was very smooth

- however, i felt that the acai taste was not strong enough for me, and cookie butter drizzle did not blend as well with soft serve as compared to acai

- price wise, its a little bit on the pricier side, with their acai bowls priced at $14.50

Would I come back again?

- Maybe I would come back for the acai bowl to see if it tastes different from their soft serve, but I don't think i'll be back for the soft serve acai, given that I'm more of an acai lover and I think soft serve acai doesn't satisfy my acai cravings enough🤣🤣
