MY FIRST 5K

One of my goals for this year was to run a 5k. I have done a 5k before, but in a half-running, half-walking way. My goal this time was to RUN the whole thing without stopping! I started training with a friend at the beginning of September, and when we decided to sign up for a 5k at our university only a month away, I thought there was no way I would be able to do it. This goes to show that you are capable of way more than you think you are! And so I am so happy to be able to say that, after a month of hard work, I was able to run my first 5k! 🔥🏃‍♀️
