Instead of doing 2024 resolutions, I decided I will do new goals every month of the year!
I find that when I pick one new year’s resolution, I often disregard it by the end of January. Thinking in the short term and focusing on certain goals for one month will hold me more accountable!
✔️ Goal #1 : NO ALCOHOL- I’m seeing this dry january “trend” and though it would be a good idea to completely cleanse my body after the holidays. Being at home in wisconsin for the holidays is very alcohol heavy sometimes and I want to take a break.
✔️ Goal #2 : DRINKING MORE WATER- I know this is cliche, but I want to drink at least 90 oz of water a day (I have a 30 oz Stanley so I want to drink at least 3 of them). Staying more conscious about this is something I’ve been NEEDING.
✔️ Goal #3 : 10,000 STEPS A DAY- I try to workout as much as possible, but sometimes I lack movement throughout the entire day. Hopefully this pushes me to create a habit of staying active throughout the day.
