✨✨Ingredients✨✨
- 1/2 cup Uncooked Pasta
-3/4 Heavy Cream or 1/2 cup Heavy cream and 1 tbsp water
- 2oz Cheddar
- 2oz Stretchy Cheese ( Mozzarella/Pepper Jack/Colby Jack) or your choice of cheese (could do 4 cheeses- 1oz each)
- 1 Tbsp Flour
-1 Tbsp Butter
- Black Pepper
- Salt
-✨ Chicken Broth✨- Optional (to boil pasta)
✨✨How To✨✨
- Boil the pasta in salted water and a dash of oil or chicken broth (optional). Drain and set aside when cooked.
-Shred your cheese or cut into small cubes ( save some shredded cheese for the top) I did 1/2 oz cheddar shredded
-In a sauce pot, melt the butter and add the flour. Mix on low heat.
- Then add the heavy cream, salt and black pepper. Add cubed cheese to the roux and stir (I use a whisk) on low heat until the cheese is melted.
✨✨Taste and season to your liking. This post serves mainly for giving the measurements for making 1 or 2 servings✨✨
- Combine pasta with cheese sauce then put it in a greased baking dish. I used a small loaf pan. Add the remaining grated cheese on the top and bake on 350 for 5-10 mins or until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish and enjoy! This was 2 servings for me 🙂. This is perfect for portion control.
