6 Months Loc’d

I can’t believe it’s been 6 months! I’m loving my loc journey. I went out of town a couple weeks ago, and I felt I was looking rough, so I wore a wig 😭 but I honestly felt uncomfortable. I didn’t feel like how I use to feel when I wore wigs. It’s honestly really freeing having locs. I plan to dye my hair back black soon because I’m not really feeling the color. I’m excited to continue to see how my locs will grow out. After each retwist I’m amazed to see how far my locs have come. The last pic was a few days before I got my retwist. I’m really loving this self love journey, which is also apart of my walk with Christ. For those who are just starting out your loc journey, especially with shorter hair, just trust the process.
