The process was very comfortable & quick, starts off with a shampoo and they will apply the bond treatment on & wash it off later. I was also given an eye protector as my eyes might feel a sting when they blow my hair out. I absolutely love the service & the drink was 💯

The area is very spacious & clean. I love that i have a personal booth, it made me feel extra cozy and feels like a private area.

Just to note* your hair may look/feel clumpy afterwards but just shampoo it out and it will be fine! If you wanna quicken the process , you can double shampoo at one go.
