Bi-weekly Costco Grocery Haul
This is my bi-weekly Costco grocery haul for staples for 2 people that is high in protein, packed with fibre and healthy! It can be costly eating a healthy high protein diet and these staples help me eat healthy/organic without hurting my pockets. I can’t recommend Costco enough especially for my gym girlies!
Protein Must haves:
✔️Chicken 27.50$ (great for meal prep)
✔️Grass fed Beef jerky 18.36$ (perfect for a high protein snack)
✔️Organic ground turkey (great lean meat) 21.85$
✔️Organic eggs 7.97$ for 24 eggs
✔️Egg whites 10.92$ 16 oz!
Veggie must haves:
✔️Organic Green beans.. 6.55$ (easy to meal prep/cook)
✔️Organic Zucchini 8.73$ (great to meal prep and versatile recipes)
✔️Organic spinach 4.80)$ (can be added in smoothies, soups, dishes and packed with nutrients!)

Frozen food:
