[RECIPE] Cheeeeeeese Balls

Do you like cheeeeeeeeeeeeeese?

[TALK] : so I was thinking about cheese balls that I liked to go get after school, my school went crazy for cheese balls yes I was one of them but the thing is they did not put enough cheese and they be sneaky add so much mashed potato so what do I do now? I cook it for myself :D

Besides cheese in the states is pretty cheap. Back in my country, cheese is pretty expensive so here I can just add cheese as much as I want hahaha

Ingredients:

- Tempura batter mix 1 tbsp (subs: coating mix)

- 1 Egg (I use large)

- Breadcrumbs

- 5 Sandwich breads

- Mozzarella cheese

*batter mix 1 tbsp is just enough for 5 balls

*I don’t know if shredded cheese going to work the same

*If you don’t have egg I think water can be substituted

Instructions

1. Cut of breads’ edges

2. Dice mozzarella in cube. Don’t do too big.

3. Put cheese on the bread in the middle and wrap it up make it a ball. Cover it up all the way.

4. Dip the balls in the batter mix first then egg and breadcrumbs, spray cooking oil on balls

5. Preheat oven 350°f and cook for 10-15 minutes. Keep checking on them after 10 mins.

6. Serve with ketchup!
